Covidence is the primary screening and data extraction tool for Cochrane authors. These videos, originally part of the Cochrane Learning Live webinar series, provide an overview of Covidence for anyone who's new to the platform and also give a walkthrough of two main feature sets. The organisation administrative panel facilitates oversight from Group editorial staff, and the new Extraction 2.0 offers a far more flexible way to complete risk of bias assessments and data extraction, hugely improving Covidence's ability to handle non-intervention reviews.
The webinar was delivered in October 2020 and below you will find the videos from the webinar, together with accompanying slides to download [PDF]. The recording of an earlier webinar providing a walk through of the basic features of the Covidence platform is available here.
Part 1: Introduction; what is Covidence; Data extraction 1.0 vs 2.0; inter-rater reliability
Part 2: A walk-through: Data Extraction 1.0
Part 3: A walk-through: Data Extraction 2.0
Part 4: Future development
